Evaluation On Effect Of Implementing The Strategy Of Revitalizing Northeast China

The economic growth of Northeast China has occurred a “cliff-like drop”since 2013, three provinces in Northeast China’s economic growth rate are ranking at the bottom, known as the “new northeast phenomena”. The emergence of the “new northeast phenomenon” has made people pay more attention to the strategy of “revitalizing the northeast”, and the government of China has given more attention to the northeast region, too.Under the circumstance, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the strategy of “Northeast Revitalization” in order to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation and adjustment of the future strategy. So in this paper, we have evaluated the implementation of the “Northeast Revitalization” strategy in the last over 10 years from the original intention of the strategy implementation which is to narrow the gap between each region and hope to, through the analysis “Northeast Revitalization” strategy and the existing problems, and find out the cause of the “new northeast phenomena”.In this paper, the main research conclusion is:(1) the implementation of the decade of the “Northeast Revitalization” strategy does promote the northeast region economic growth and narrow the gap between the northeast regions and other regions in China;(2) “Northeast Revitalization” strategy for the northeast area of short-term growth effect is obvious, and the effect of long-term growth is not obvious, this is the cause of “new northeast phenomena”;(3) The “Northeast Revitalization” strategy exists problems in considering the influence factors of the sustainable development of economy,pertinence of policy, soft environment construction and policy implementation.
