Three decades of reform and opening up, people's standard of living has greatly improved. With the changes in income and consumption concept, people's travel demand is increasing. In order to meet the growing, every city is using of their own natural and human resources. Tourism is the case for its profound cultural connotation, strong participation, has been popular tourism and tourists.At present, domestic conferences, exhibitions, festivals and sports events of the tourism boom, but the developments are often similar.The serious problem of tourism in the development of the status and existence have become an increasing cause of concern to many scholars, so the researches on the case of tourism, development, and factors influencing the proposed are more,and on the local residents of tourist travel to the case study of perceptions and attitudes are less. However, the residents of the development of tourism have an important role in the case of tourism. If we can be able to exert a positive impact on local residents, the tourists will deepen the friendship of the tourism destination the impression that a greater degree in the case up to promote local tourism development.This article on the case in the previous perception of tourism and residents on basic research, through the study of Qingdao Beer Festival, summing up the impact of the residents come to perception and attitude of travel case twenty-six of the target, and the use of principal component factor analysis to twenty-six attributed to the overall target of a positive impact, socio-cultural impact, the overall negative impact on quality of life, distribution of economic benefits and overall development recognize. And, through the socio-demographic characteristics of residents, the use of cluster analysis methods will be residents of the perception of events and attitudes of tourism into love, and hate and supporters. According to the results of correlation analysis, the attitude of the affected residents comes to the main factors include: socio-demographic factors, residents of the dependence on the tourism industry, residents and tourists and the exposure time to live. And in accordance with the results of the analysis to explain how tourism development in the case of better residents exert a positive impact, so that tourism case successfully, the development of health. Thesis at the summary and outlook of the residents summed up the impact of perceptual factors, such as residents of the outcome of type. In summing up the results at the same time, the measures in the residents to participate in are weaknesses, so the follow-up study can be more comprehensive and in-depth.
