Research On The Competitive Advantages Of Industrial Clusters Which Based On Functional Division

With the development of the global economy, people pay more and more attention on the industrial cluster which occurs as a new economic form. Theoretical research from the beginning of specialization,people has done more researches on standardized production , reducing transaction costs, optimizing the allocation of resources and so on. Even more researchers do more researches on industrial cluster about its competitive advantages in regional competition and national competition. However, from the current study we found that ,the past studies can not fully explain the formation of the competitive advantages of industrial cluster. With the domestic and foreign scholars'in-depth study on the constituent elements of industrial clusters,we found that, the competitive advantage of the industrial cluster is not just one separated factor in the formation in role to play, but all the constituent elements of the entire cluster work together to form a complex interplay of the resultsThrough the observation and analysis of the status of industry cluster and summary of previous and related research institutions in the study ,we found that:Different constituent elements in the industrial clusters has played a important role in the formation of industrial clusters in the competitive advantage which based on t heir core resources and capabilities. In all successful industrial clusters, different constituent elements play a role in their respective in accordance with their agreement, and all of these effects play an important role in forming the ultimate competitive advantage of industrial clusters. By studying the function of different components and analysis the division styles, the purpose of finding the cause of competitive advantage has become possible.In this paper, the status quo of industrial clusters and related literature are researched and summarized,and the elements of industrial clusters has been renew defined. By constructing a functional model of the division of utility maximization and use the model to analysis the competitive advantage of industry cluster, we believe that the industrial clusters can reduce the internal friction, Lower transaction costs, optimize the cluster structure, enhance its competitiveness. By using Matrix Analysis describe the process of the optimization of the industrial cluster, we believe that functional division of labor within industrial clusters is the pursuit of the various factors that maximize the value of the result of an inevitable requirement. The functional division of labor within industrial clusters can better achieve its internal business and economic goals, and optimize the structure of the entire cluster; Using the game theory demonstrates the functional division of industrial cluster mechanism to maintain, by this analysis, we think the industrial clusters in order to obtain a higher internal business must be in accordance with the division which according to their core resource and capabilities, Otherwise, their economic interests would be seriously compromised, or even facing fierce competition which due to the crisis.
