Industrial cluster is one of the modes of economic organization in the world economy,which promotes the regional economy with its unique competitive advantage.Since the reform and opening up,China's industrial clusters have been rapid and vigorous promotion,has become China's regional economic policy instruments.However,with the upgrading of industrial clusters in China,in recent years,the upgrading of clusters has encountered a bottleneck,lack of innovation and lack of brand building and other reasons led to the upgrading of industrial clusters slowly,the decline in competitive advantage.Therefore,it is a strategic choice for the development of the park,and also the necessity of the development of the science and technology park to build the cluster advantage of the science and Technology Park,and promote the competition of the science and Technology Park from the cost competition to the group competition.Thus,the purpose of this study is to meet the application and practice of industrial cluster theory in the science and Technology Industrial Park,found between the various elements of approchess to gain particular superiority competitive advantage and competitive strategy,dynamic at the same time,this paper tries to analyze the current situation of Xinxiang 863 Science and Technology Industrial Park cluster advantages and existing problems,construction and reconstruction of the diagnosis for the cluster advantage.At the same time,it also provides reference for the relevant science and technology park.Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation of Xinxiang 863 Science and Technology Park,and discusses the existing problems.From the industry distribution,863 Science and Technology Park enterprise cluster in a wide range,ranging from traditional manufacturing industries to high-tech electronic information industry and other 10 Industries,but mainly in the processing machinery,software,aviation,electronic equipment and new materials,new energy and other industries.Home appliance electronics industry is the main production of spare parts,resulting in a large number of upstream and downstream supporting enterprises,and thus the formation of an enterprise cluster to the eastern region of electronic information as the representative of the cluster.At the same time,there are many problems in the industrial park.It is mainly manifested in the lack of strategic awareness,the lack of brand strategy,the lack of competitiveness of enterprise clusters,the effect of technological innovation is not strong,the ability of technological achievements transformation is not strong,and the old model of innovation synergy mechanism.Secondly,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the industrial clusters of Xinxiang 863 science park.First of all,this paper constructs and analyzes the index system of the competitiveness of industrial clusters in 863.By using the factor analysis method and analytic hierarchy process calculation and analysis of comprehensive ranking of 863 Science and Technology Park industrial cluster competitiveness,the 863 Science and Technology Park industrial ranking.Based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of the competitive advantage of Xinxiang 863 Science and Technology Industrial Park.Based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper discusses the development situation and strategy of bio pharmaceutical industry,software industry,semiconductor industry,new material industry,machinery manufacturing industry and so on.
