The Research Of The IT Industry Cluster Of China And Its Vertical Division Of Labor Under The New International Labor Model

Global IT industry is a typical division of labor industry. China is increasingly becoming an important IT manufacturing base, and on this basis to form a larger cluster. International Vertical Specialization promote the formation of clusters of the IT industry, and the advantages of clusters in information exchange, human resources, market demand, technology spillovers and industrial environment, and other areas make the division to be more professional. Previous studies are mostly from the perspective of international vertical specialization in China's IT industry and other manufacturing industry cluster analysis of the situation, while the vertical division of labor within the cluster is less involved.This article attempts to research the IT industry in China to participate in international division of labor and cluster cases study the vertical specialization in the international backdrop, and it is based on panel data of China's 27 major cities. The research will be taken from the VSS index, area potentiometer, the cluster size and cluster size of the angle of enterprise and focus on its internal data model using the panel vertical division of labor appears to measure. Main conclusions are as follows:(1) China's IT industry VSS index reached 0.424, and its participation in the international high degree of vertical specialization, our country has been in Beijing, the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta to form a foreign migration type, embedded, and related industrial cluster, cluster size and internal vertical division of labor and the overall upward trend, and show the characteristics of East West.(2)From the IT industry, our main distribution point of view, the expansion of industrial clusters and the level of vertical division of labor within the cluster had a positive relationship, but the impact factor of this relationship is not big enough, that is, the vertical division of labor within the IT cluster development potential still Cluster size of the enterprise and vertical division of labor was a significant inverse relationship between changes, indicating that the cluster attached to the core business and to engage in specialized intermediate goods production and the proliferation of small and medium enterprises occupy an important position. (3) Overall, the eastern provinces of the IT industry cluster development is more mature, professional level of the cluster on the vertical division of labor increased role in promoting more significant than the Midwest.Based on the above conclusions, the paper puts forward policy recommendations: Stick to the outside world, improve the enterprises in the global value chain position and competitive advantage; play to its advantages of each cluster, the cluster to optimize product structure, enhance innovation capacity; refined production links, promote products in the middle of a high technological content and the development of SMEs; overall consideration of various factors to ensure the health cluster, coordinated and sustainable development.
