Analysis Of Industrial Structure Of Plain Forestry In Huang-Huai-Hai Region

Huang-Huai-Hai region is an important grain-producing areas of China,the plain forestry in this region plays a decisive role in food protection,ecological environment improvement and the development of local economy.In the new era of modern forestry system,analysis of the status of the forestry industry,characteristics and existing problems play an important functional significance.Base on collecting data related to plain forestry industrial structure from 2001 to 2005 in Huang-Huai-Hai Region,The total output value structure,the structure of employment,Kuznets empirical rule and similarity coefficient were applied to analysis the rule of plain forestry industrial structure of Huang-Huai-Hai Region.The major conclusions are as follows:(1)Agricultural land forest,agroforestry,village green,green channel and woodlots are the mainly construction of plain forestry in Huang-Huai-Hai region,all the main form of plain areas ratio ranked in the forefront of the country,the woodlots take the largest share of total volume resources,followed by the village green,green farmland and green road,the smallest share of agroforestry.He-Nan,He-Bei, Shan-Dong,represented by the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain region of the rapid development of forestry in the total amount of forest resources and the rapid development of processing industries.(2)Huang-Huai-Hai Plain forestry areas in the primary industry output value of the main timber, the second mainly pulp and paper industry,man-made board and other traditional forms of forest products processing,the initial formation of the tertiary industry with tourism and tourism forest gardening,sightseeing orchards,picking the retail industry-based development pattern,the existing pattern of industrial development there is a low utilization rate of resources,products with low added value,market competitiveness of the "three lows" and the imminent industrial restructuring and upgrading.(3)Huang-Huai-Hai Plain region of the forestry industry has developed mainly in the secondary industry.However,the labor share of primary industry is still dominated,the third lowest proportion of the labor industry,during 2001 to 2005,gradually emerged the decline in the proportion of primary industrial labor force,labor began to shift to the secondary industry,tertiary industry has tremendous room for labor absorption.(4)Although Huang-Huai-Hai area forestry industry highly concentrated,but the similarity is high, and the regional division of labor and cooperation between the maturity of the market model is not high, is not conducive to regional collaboration and the efficient use of resources,the vicious competition between products and resources is more common.Studies shown:Despite the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain region have a rapid development of forestry industry,fostering resources promote the rapid development of the industry,but the industrial structure adjustment and upgrade of the optimization of forest products processing enterprises in reorganization, to enhance value-added forest products,is a key issues that need to be addressed in order to building a modern system of forestry policy.
