Technical innovation already became the bottleneck of Anhui automobile industrial development. This article established composite index system of technical environment of automobile industry, obtained the present characteristic of technical environment of Anhui automobile industry by analysis the index system with Analytical Hierarchy Process. We propose technical change strategy of Anhui automobile industry based on the technical innovation platform in such soil, and prepare for technical breakthrough surmounting strategy of Anhui automobile industry in the next. At last we proposed countermeasure and suggestion to develop Anhui automobile on the basis of entire Anhui realistic foundation.
