Study On The Input-output And Influence Factor Of Beijing Producer Service Industry

In this paper, Beijing producer service industry is analysed from the four aspects of the input structure,output structure,the industry associations and the ripple effects by introducing input-output model,the results show that most of the producer service industry,which includes logistics,information,finance,business and technology service industries,whose intermediate input rate and intermediate demand rate are rising, the producer service industry consume a lot of industrial products and its own products,but other industries consume little of producer service industry, the producer service industry has the strong feature of the ripple effects, most of the sectors of the producer service industry's influence coefficient and reaction coefficient is higher than the social average level.On this basis, the anlysis method of SDA(Structure Decomposition Analysis) is intuoduced to research the factors which affect the development of Beijing producer service industry,it is concluded that consumption,investment and export are the Troika which promotes Beijing producer service industry development,the technological advances is playing more and more important part and the import hampers the development of Beijing producer service industry development.Based on the above analysis, this paper summarizes the characteristics and problems in the course of the development of Beijing producer service industry development and give some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of input-output analysis. Beijing producer service industry includes five characteristics: It is a labor-intensive industry; It has shown strong characteristics of intermediate input goods; The Troika is the most important factor for its development; The influence is increasing in the world; It plays more and more important part to economic development.There are five problems: The ability of sustainable development is constrained by high input and low output; It dosen't placed enough emphasis on the consumer market; It has not played a big role in supporting other industries'development; Technological advances should have played more important role in the producer service industry development; Market economy is comparatively low-developed in some sectors.To solved these problems,it gives some advice from exploiting markets, encouraging independent innovation, promoting industry integration, strengthening market competition and elevating economic benefits.
