As one of the important sectors of the national economy, producer service industry plays an increasingly important role in economic growth.Producer service plays an important role in improving the efficiency of the use of production factors and expanding employment.Based on theories of producer services, this paper analyses and measures contributions of producer services to economic growth, providing references for local governments to formulate policies.Based on the input-output model, this paper introduces the hypothesis extraction and combines the structural decomposition model to construct the measurement model, which is the main innovation of this paper. This article is divided into four parts. The first part is the first chapter of the article, which introduces the background, concept of producer services and innovation. The second part includes the second and third chapters of the article, expounding the predecessor literature and economic growth theories. The third part is the fourth chapter of the article, which analyzes the status quo of producer service industry in Shandong Province. The fourth part includes the fifth, sixth and seventh chapters of the article. The model is constructed to measure contributions of producer service industry to economic growth and analyze the conclusions. The conclusions show that producer service industry contributes a lot to economic growth of Shandong Province, but internal structure is not in balance and the overall development is weak.In view of the problems, this paper puts forward four suggestions:to improve the policy and support system of producer services,to train professional talents,to increase investment in producer services and to optimize the internal structure.
