Study On The Restricting Factors And Countermeasures For Extending Agricultural Standardization In Weifang City

Agricultural standardization is an important base of modern agriculture. In recent years, quality safety issue of agricultural products of our country is increasingly prominent, and extending agricultural standardization has important significance on increasing quality safety level and improving market competitive of agricultural products . At present, agricaltrual standardization has developed vigorously in the whole country, and shown wide adaptability and strong vitality. However, the extension of agricultural standardization is still at primary stage, and exists some problems and restricting factors. The paper adopts the methods that combines norm research and empirical research, utilizes existed research results of domestic and foreign agricultural standardization, investigates relevant factors of agricultural standardization in Weifang, such as origin, development, effect, development mode, operational system, governmental action, problem and countermeasure by typical case analysis and comparative analysis, discusses and summarizes main experiences on developing agricultural standardization of Weifang Municipality; it primarily investigates recognition degrees and demand situations of citizens (consumers), farmers (producers) and agricultural product processing enterprises (operators) during extending agricultural standardization of Weifang Municipality, finds out restricting factors that influence agricultural standardization popularization of Weifang Municipality, proposes corresponding countermeasure suggestions, and gives out reference for quickening spread of agricultural standardization and improving market competitive of agricultural products.
