Since the reform and opening up, the Htotel Industry has been developing rapidly and playing more and more important role in the national economy. Under the influence of continuous growth of capital economy, the expansion of the industry scale and continually rising of the economy have been the characteristics of the Beijing's Star Hotels. However, the high employee turnover rate results in a decline of the service quality, an improving of the human resources cost, an unstability of the staff team, a reduction of the staff morale and finally the confusing of the operation and management. Therefore, researching the employee turnover of the Beijing's Star Hotels, fining out the reasons of turnover and proposing the solution will be of important realistic significance.This paper is based on the theories of Orgnizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. After the field investigating over 6 months, the paper studies the current situation of the employee turnover in Beijing's Star Hotels. It analyzes the reasons of the high employee turnover and gives the solution of Macro-concepts and measures. From macrocosmic, we should renew the conception, increase co-operative efforts, create enterprise culture and enhance the industry competitiveness. From microcosmic, using the human resources management ways, we should reduce the emoloyee turnover rate from recruitment, training, evaluation, incentive, communication and career development planning. To the managers of the Beijing's Star Hotels, we hope it can bring an inspiration and promote the sound and rapid development of the Beijing's Star Hotels.The paper introduces Beijing MR Hotel in the way of empirical research. After analyzing the current situation and reasons of the MR Hotel, it gives us some advices to solve the problem of the employee turnover.
