Research on innovation system and the assessment of innovation system has a profound meaning of building innovative country in China.The building of innovation city enhances the innovation capability in the region.When innovation becomes a productive,the modern information industry as a strong independent innovation capacity of innovation-based industries has played an important part in the development of the building of the innovation city.As a result of modern information industry has a strong industry association and permeability,its innovation and the development enhance the innovation of other industries.The developments of modern information industry play an important role on the promotion of the innovation of the innovation city.Information technology and urbanization are two important feature of the development of human society.Research on the interaction relationship between Information technology and urbanization has a significance meaning to the development of economic and social development in our country.The thesis is based on the Regional economics,Development economics and the theory of system to research the casual and effective of the system.According to system dynamics,we established complexity innovative system between the modern information industry and innovative cities.We research the internal mechanisms of the two sub-systems in line with the method of system dynamics.The causal feedback relationship among the factors is analyzed in this paper.According to the polarity of the causal feedback loop,it proved that polarity of the whole complexity system is positive. So the two subsystems are mutual promotion and the trend is spiral upward.In order to avoid the defect of system dynamics,entropy is used to analyze the effective of the system.In line with example of Beijing,the result of the system between the modern information industry and innovation city is valid.According to the research in this paper,the problems between the two subsystems can be found and resolved.It contributes to the building of innovative city,the development of modern information industry and provides policy recommendations to improve of system innovation capacity. |
