Research On Financial Support In The County Private Economic Development

Along with the rising of private capital economy and the development of county economy,county private capital economy has already become an important part of national economy gradually.County economy mainly composed by private capital economy is the foundation of national economy,and financial support is a crucial factor no matter to county economy or to private capital economy.This paper sets out from county area angle,studying the promoting effect and affecting factors in the course of economic growth and financial development.Guided by modern finance development theory,this paper analyses the present condition,the difficulties faced and the causes of the private capital economy development and financial support.Then this paper brings forward a series of solutions.The author firstly introduces the theoretical basis of the research,defines the meaning of related concepts and explains the characteristics of financial deepening and restraint for county economy development.Secondly,analyses the present condition of financial support for county private Economy Development and reviews the development course about private capital economy and county finance.At the same, analyzes the real obstacle in the financing of private economy.Then,the paper utilizes empirical method to analyses the correlation between private capital economic development and county financial supporting.In this sector,this paper imports Douglas function to compare the contribution of capital and labor.Meanwhile,take Wenzhou for example to do the research.At last,on the basic of analyzing above,this paper makes some suggestions to increase the financing support to private capital economy.
