Financial Support For The Development Of County Economy In Shaanxi Province

Agricultural economy is a large proportion of the economy in Shaanxi.So county economy is the prerequisite for economic growth in Shaanxi Province. Resolving the Issues on agrieulturel is one of the most important issues not only in our country, but also in Shaanxi. County economy is not only the intersection of city economy and rural economy,,but also is a rallying point for the agricultural and industrial. Developing county economy is the main point of solveing the issues on agrieulture. Economic development depends on financial support. On the current situation of County economy in Shaanxi, finance in the county has an inhibiting effect on County economic growth. Therefore, the study of restraint status of the county financial in Shaanxi, exploring its inhibition degree of county economy and to seek solutions to this problem have important theoretical and practical significance.This paper using the methods of describe analysis and empirical analysis.On the base of a modern rural financial development theory and research methods and a clear county economic implications, the paper analysises the financial support status in county economic development of Shaanxi Province and reveals financial restraint problems in county economy of Shaanxi. Through analysising the relationship between county economic growth and financial development on the endogenous economic growth model from two points of shaanxi and Heyang, The paper has proved that there is a phenomenon of county financial repression in Shaanxi. At last,at the fundamental point of achieveing the optimum allocation of financial resources and the promotion of the county's economic development, the paper gives some policies and proposals:proposing to deepen financial reform and Improve the county's financial market; building a diversified, multi-level, efficient financial service system; Optimizing the external environment.
