Learning-oriented enterprises fosters a learning atmosphere and gives full play to the staff of creative thinking ability,at the same time,learning-oriented enterprises advocacies team learning and integrates learning and work in order to use innovation to improve their core competitiveness,knowledge is the source of learning and innovation, knowledge management is a compulsory course for learning-oriented enterprises.In this paper,there is a full understand and research about enterprise knowledge management,on the basis of the learning-oriented and the enterprise knowledge management theory,In accordance with the objectives and content of enterprise knowledge management and the idea of the Balanced Scorecard,selects a complete set of learning-oriented knowledge management performance evaluation system from the enterprise strategic objectives,and combines the advantages of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the characteristic of performance evaluation,in order to construct the learning-oriented knowledge management performance evaluation model.There is ambiguity,uncertainty and integrated in the process of learning-oriented enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation and learning-oriented enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation has the characteristics of comprehensive,which should evaluate on the basis of different weights,the fuzzy degree can be satisfied with the characteristics of ambiguity and the fuzzy transformation method can dealing with the characteristics of integrated.This model could be feasible and facilitate application,the evaluation results obtained to the form of scoring,which will enable a better grasp of current situation,the evaluation is from the customer,learning and growth and internal processes,every score of aspects will appear in the results of evaluation,which could make the enterprise more clear on its future direction and focus about knowledge management. |
