Safety assessment for the current method is not a lack of technical support and lack of appropriate methodological guidance, this paper analyzes the use of WSR systems methodology during the safety assessment of hazard identification, hazard classification, the definition of the relationship between hazards, and risk evaluation of the source made a methodological guide, hazard assessment in the enterprise, based on the proposed source of these dangerous methods and principles of effective prevention and control. This article focuses on the safety assessment of a methodology to provide guidance analysis, strive to make the safety assessment of the work as soon as possible, and scientific and rational, but also for the majority of the leadership and workers accepted the evaluation process. WSR System Methodology in some of the evaluation process has been a very good application, such as the University of evaluation, assessment and other areas of business automation in order to obtain good results, but as of now, still not effective to apply it to corporate security evaluation guide books, can not fail to say is a deficiency. The paper analysis the theoretical basis of system safety engineering, construction safety on the impact of the railway tunnel comprehensive analysis of various factors, to meet the safety assessment of the systematic, hierarchical, based on scientific principles to the guidance, according to WSR System Methodology , combined with the physical, sensible, and the stage of human reason and in accordance with the provisions of relevant state laws and regulations and guidelines, a comprehensive, systematic analysis of the tunnel construction process underlying risk factors, and its comprehensive evaluation. Secondly, the impact of tunnel construction on the safety of various factors and quantitative analysis for shape processing in order to ensure scientific and rational evaluation results, to meet all aspects of personnel at all levels needs assessment results based on B/S.We use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the impact of the tunnel look to the safety of all factors, to verify the application of the guidance WSR System Methodology of safety assessment of the science. And to evaluate the results based on system safety assessment process for program implementation, in order to make the evaluation process more convenient, scientific and reasonable.
