At the present time, China is being in the key period of economic reshuffling and strategic adjustment of industrial structure. Overall contradiction and acute structural imbalance in the labor supply and demand are prominent. As an important part of the third industry, tourism industry is playing an important role in providing employment opportunities and solving the employment problems. At present, tourism industry is in the transformation period of development, the quality of tourism employment is raising lots of concerns. For the time being, the quality of tourism employment is not optimistic. There exists many problems, such as low salary,low-level social security,poor professional image and high turnover rate. Based on the background, after analyzing the relevant contents of the employment quality, the thesis analyzes the quality of tourism employment in Shandong province, combining with the current situation of tourism.The quality of tourism employment is an important component of research on tourism employment. It is of much significance to study quality of tourism employment for the development of tourism and relieving pressure in employment. On the basis of research achievements at home and abroad, the thesis tries to appraise the quality of tourism employment from microscopic and system visual angle.The quality of employment includes many aspects. The thesis determines the main contents of the quality of tourism employment on account of the specific feature. An evaluating index system is established for the quality of tourism employment by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. In the system, by using the principle of Analysis of Improving Hierarchical Process, the weighing for the quality of tourism employment is determined, then, by employing the method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, it is evaluated. The thesis uses the survey data of Shandong Province to assign marks of the quality of tourism employment in Shandong Province. At last, we get the score of 71.96, at the level of common. Through the analysis of the results, the thesis proposes four outstanding problems of tourism employment of Shandong province and analyzes the reason of the relative low level of the quality of tourism employment. In terms of the problems, the thesis proposes the countermeasure to improve tourism practitioners'employment quality.The quality of tourism employment affects the long-term development of tourism industry fundamentally. Therefore, the improvements of the quality of tourism employment and the enhancement of employment satisfaction have important significance for the development of tourism. At the same time, it plays an important role in building a harmonious society in improving the quality of life of personnel engaged in tourism by rendering humane concern to the tourism practitioners to.To sum up, the innovation about the thesis mainly contains the following three.
