During the changing epoch, and with the constant change of the enterprise's inner and outside environment, the enterprise must change in order to survive and develop. However, the change is a two-edged sword, which can bring vitality, but could catalyze the enterprise's bankrupt. The prosperity and failure of the enterprise lies in the success and failure of the change. To succeed in organization change, we should manage the change efficiently.The change of our enterprises has achieved the worldwide attention at the most cost. The paper looks back on the course of the change of our enterprises, quotes a lot of examples to analyze the situation of the management of our organizational change and makes the conclusion that paying more attention to the change and less attention to the management, the runners lacking the knowledge of change and management, neglecting the factor of human resource and the stereotype in static result in the cost of changing and some enterprises'failure.Based on the above analysis, the paper critically assimilates the achievements of the formers in studying change and management and builds the management model of the changing course which deals with the change in multidimensional way and make the change strategy, the change of human resource and the content merged in the overall course to draw the outline of the change.There are three key issues: the control of the change cost, the overcome of resistance and the encouragement of personnel in the organizational change. The paper analyzes the key factors that affect the change cost in cause and effect way and proposes the strategy of controlling the change cost; builds the model to judge the character and state of the changing resistance in the level-analyzing way and put up with the strategy of overcoming the resistance; and analyzes the encouragement on spirit in economics way and the encouragement strategy and the encouragement combination practicable in the changing management.
