Among them, the cooperation between insurance and bank was fast. In the western countries, there even presented a new vocabulary-bancassurance, namely banding- insurance. Nowadays, there are a lot of mergers, acquisitions and recombinations in the bancassurance field of developed countries. And then, many large bancassurance groups appeared like Hua Qi Group, Rui Sui Group. They are all world famous financial holding companies. The parent company of financial holding company has integrative management capacity and powerful competition strength; in the same, subsidiary companies like banks and assurance companies are independent, so risks in the different department can be well controlled.Since 1990, bancassurance of China has had three cooperation patterns. They are agreement cooperation, strategic alliance and financial holding company. Though a few financial holding companies have come forth in our country, they are still very young. On the whole, the cooperation pattern of Chinese bancassurance is on the elementary stage. Different areas in finance are isolated in China at present. This policy meets the requirements of Chinese special situation. Since our country has joined the WTO, more and more overseas financial companies have been entering our insurance field, they can offer financial services of all kinds. Consequently, our insurance companies are facing a great challenge. So we must study the good experience of other countuies'Bancassurance and pay attention to the special situation of our county. And then, we should make every effort to study the cooperation pattern of Chinese bancassurance.
