With the development of economy and the accerlerration of the urbanization,land is more and more badly needed.howwever,lots of farmers have lost their land as a results of land expropriation.The benefits of lost-land farmers has been infringed.Analysising the problem during the land expropriation as a basis,this paper come up with the basic measures to protect the lost-land farmers.This paper is divided into four parts:The first past:Concludes the conception of the land expropriation and the benefits of the land-lost farmers.The seccond past:Concludes the defects in the land expropriation from three aspects,the procedure,legal system,social secutity.The third past:Expounds the bad effects that loss of land-lost farmers bring,embodying from economic,politics,society.The forth past:Investigating the avenues which to protect the interests of the farmers. As follows:to improve the procedure of the requisation for farmland,to improve the legal system,to improve the social security.At last,sumarizes the ways to safeguard interests of the land-lost farmers.
