In our country, it's inevitable to expropriate rural lands in the process of industrialization and the urbanization. Actually, the land expropriation is benefit gambling between the peasant households, forming the benefit conformity pattern which take land expropriation as the core problem. This study takes the peasant household as the beginning to contrast the farmers' wish and attitude to the benefit assignment in different rural area in Zhejiang, Province, and to analyze the peasant households' stra(?)gy and the behavior responding to the conflict of interests, and to discuss factors which affect the peasant household attitude and the behavior, and to propose the benefit conformity way of land expropriation based on the manner and the behavior of peasant households by methods of anthropology, questionnaire survey, personal interview, etc..First, the author has the opinion that the interests distribution of land expropriation actually is benefit gambling with other main related persons under the city and countryside dual assignment system, which concerns the land right, compensation for costs, employment relocation, etc. by describing the present situation of three villages in Zhejiang.Second, the study has found that fanners have low awareness to the land property right, but positively request the legal right in the land expropriation, that the farmers are more willing to accept the land expropriation to the public welfare than to the trade, and that the farmers request the establishment of the system of compensation for land expropriation, the employment relocation and the social security system which adapts with the market economy according to the analysis of the farmers' wishes and the attitude in the interests distribution.Third, we discover that abusing of the right of land expropriation, the none-standardized steps of the land expropriation, the excessively low compensation and payment being postponed or retained by the department, and the faults in the house relocation and the employment relocation have raised massive conflicts of interests by the analyzing the types of conflicts of interests in the land expropriation. We also find that farmers have taken some actions, such as, private talks, the tongue rebellion, the non-violence uncooperative actions, and the collective appealing, the individual violence and the communitv resistance and so on, that if farmers' dissatisfaction to the land...
