Study On Supply Chain Structure Analysis And Its Inventory Optimizing Oriented Household Appliances Industry

With global market competition,China's home appliance industry is faced with severe challenges,as the home appliance manufacturing technology has become mature,the competitiveness of household electrical appliances enterprises is focus on how to lower cost and provide better service to win market,at present,the status of the entire household electrical appliance industry is that the manufacturing cost of raw materials accounted for only 53%of the total cost,and the circulation, marketing-related cost accounted for 46%.High transaction cost,not only weakened household electrical appliance enterprises' profit margins but also to a large extent impacted household electrical appliance enterprises improving operational efficiency and enhancing overall competitiveness.Now being in the high inventory,high-load operation of home electrical appliance industry,are air-conditioning,washing machines,refrigerators and so on,one of the most serious problem is the air-conditioning and washing machine.Taking air-conditioning industry as an example,the whole air-conditioning industry has the exact inventory of more than ten million Units.Washing machine industry in the same situation can not be optimistic about the sales of washing machines from the current perspective,this year the supply of washing machines industry was several million units than the demand,many washing machine manufacturers are facing enormous stress inventory.Such high inventory of household electrical appliances industry brings a lot of problems:(1) to bring cash flow enormous stress;(2) to adverse the promotion of new products;(3) to provide the material condition for low price.For the problems existed above of household electrical appliance supply chain, the author during the thesis carried out more detailed research as following:(1) starting from the study background of the subject,discussed the theory foundation of supply chain management,analyzed the characteristics of the appliance supply chain,pointed out the problems of logistics and inventory in the appliance industry,analyzed the research at home and abroad and finally studied the purpose, significance of the thesis and its main content.(2) took the home appliance supply chain containing supplier,transship center, manufacturer,distribution center and distribution businessman as the object of study, pointed out the design problem of Chinese home appliance supply chain based on location choosing of transship center and distribution center,given nonlinearity plan model aimed at lowest overall cost of the home appliance supply chain construction and operation and best strategic partnership,finally under the specific circumstances of some region,proposed six kinds of programs of appliance supply chain transit center and distribution center location,according to the model aimed at lowest overall cost of the home appliance supply chain construction and operation and best strategic partnership,drew the conclusion of the best solution to the transit center location and the best solution to the distribution center location.(3) analyzed the "bullwhip effect" among the inventory of household electrical appliance industry,discussed appliance vendor managed inventory strategy,pointed out the deficiency of appliance vendor managed inventory strategy,proposed appliance jointly managed inventory strategy,pointed out the advantage of appliance jointly managed inventory strategy,gave the specific implementation steps of appliance jointly managed inventory strategy,finally gave the database implementation plan under appliance jointly managed inventory strategy.(4) based on the theory study,depended on the specific circumstance of household electrical appliance industry,used the programming language having better security and better portability at present,made use of Struts,Hibernate and Spring technology, took Tomcat as Web server,took SQL Server 2005 database as tool,developed a suit of household electrical appliance industry supply chain management system software.
