The rapid development of electronic commerce for supply chain coordination and management open up a new path, electronic direct channel in the supply chain management of inventory managements information sharing-. coordination mechanism、price controls etc has very important influence. With the gradually mature of network shopping environment, electrical appliances online also gradually prospered, especially the small home appliance products. Small home appliance product has small size, relatively low value, short product life, update speed, etc. Therefore, for e-commerce channels of supply chain under the environment of small home appliance product research has important practical significance.Based on the small home appliance product channels of the supply chain as the research object, the market characteristics of the electronic commerce environment into account, and take the market characteri-stics of the electronic commerce environment into consideration. First, defining the concept and classification of small home appliance; analyzing secondly online shopping market environment and industrial characteristics of small home appliance, the online shopping user scale and characteristics, the small home appliance retail model; and Based on the analysis putting forward three kinds of channel model. The three channel models are: store-pickings warehouse-picking and drop-shipping.And in this three models, the role of supplier and the retailer,the profits are also different. Relatively, three kinds of modes of supply chain profits are also different.(1) In "store-picking" model, retailer hold the inventory and determine it, supplier is only responsible for delivery, need not bear the risk of inventory. In this model, the way meeting consumers’order is from the stores and distribution where is nearest to consumers home(including the network consumer and the traditional consumer).(2) In"warehouse-picking"model, a network of dedicated warehouse dedicated to order for shipment, the goods of these orders in warehouse distribution, and then by distribution network consumers. In this model with a dedicated warehouse on investment, so will lead to higher fixed costs. Because orders are concentrated in a warehouse at the same time will result in longer delivery time than in retail in-store pick time. In WP models to provide network consumer goods store is the most close to his home store.(3)In "drop-shipping" model, suppliers determine inventory and consider inventory, inventory risk retailers only are responsible for receiving orders. In "drop-shipping" model, retailers don’t need to invest in the warehouse and no inventory risk, supplier contact to a wider range of consumer groups, improve product sales.In the above three models modeling, numerical experiment and simulation can get the following conclusions after analysis. First, we can found in any conventional market and Internet market price difference is how much, the DS models for retailers are always the best, in contrast to supplier is always the worst. Secondly, in the traditional market and Internet market in the optimal order quantity are independent of each other, the retailers’profit in the SP model than in the WP model is relatively high, SP model between traditional market and network marketing synergy is superior to the model of the WP.
