The Problems And Countermeasures Of Landless Peasants

In recent years,along with reform of china,the process of industrialization and urbanization has accelerated,the area of arable land is reduce gradually.So the modernization of agriculture must be intensive,large-scale and industrialization management.With this process,the land which is the main factor of production are collocated optimize again.The advantage to be re-adjustment,some agricultural lands,living spaces have into industrial sites and urban construction sites.So a large number of landless peasants into urban residents,this is a trend.Land issue at the core of "agriculture,country and farmer",the country land is not only have production function,and more and more to be have a function to assume the survival of farmers-based.However,because of the land requisition system reform lags behind, the number of landless peasants is increasing,the land compensation fee too low, especially the method of landless peasants resettlement is not very well,landless peasants re-employment ability is poor,the lack of basic social security and other issues havenot solved availably.So there are a large number of landless peasants "no farmland to cultivate,no job to work,have no guarantee and money".If we don't deal with it well,the problem of landless peasants will be an important factor in planning of development of city and countryside,and to be a difficult problem in agriculture and farmers work.This thesis analyses the reason of landless peasants problem with the process of industrialization development on the basic of landless peasants data from Niutang in Changzhou.It expatiate on the problems that landless peasants faced,analyse the reason of it and get the countermeasures and thinking about this problem.
