Studies On The Problem Of Landless Peasants Countermeasures

The issue of landless peasants is a hot issue under the process of urbanization, which has a direct bearing on China's economic development, social stability, promoting a harmonious society in China and the improvement of the market economic system. Along with economic and social development and continuously promoted the city, the social pressure is increasing with increasing the number of landless peasants. Farmers who lost their land haven't security, guarantee and hover at the edge of the town, they are "three non-farmers", who without land, without employment kong and without the minimal needs. They are the most vulnerable, the lackest of security and most marginalized groups, which is a instability factor that impacted of China's social stability. So, to solve this problem is a fundamental task that prometing social harmony and building a well-off society.There are many problems of landless peasants in China:The earnings of landless peasants isn't increasing but decreasing:The rate of employment is low; the social security system of Landless peasants is nearly blank.
