Research On The Government Responsibility Of Employment For Landless Peasants In Rural Areas

At present, the problem of landless peasants in rural areas has increasingly become an important factor of social stability and development in our country. And the core of the problem of landless peasants is that how to solve the employment problem of the landless peasants, even though the government and the ruling party has taken a series of policy measures and made certain efforts to deal with the problem. But so far, the employment problems of the landless farmers have not been fundamentally resolved, leading to the interests of many landless peasants can not be guaranteed, which not only will affect the social equity, justice, but also will bring heavy pressures to the work of the ruling party and the government. Therefore, the topic of this paper tries to base on the theory of the "night watchman" government, the Government of Keynesian interventionism and employment theory, as well as the polices of the socialism harmonious society and overall construction of comparatively well-off society, which based on Exposition of all the plight of the employment problem of the landless peasants, to clarify the Government in promoting the rural urbanization process, lacking of the responsibility in solving the employment problem of the landless peasants in rural areas.
