Studying On Cost Management Of Large Air-cooled Unit Projects

After the application of air-cooled technology in the north area of our country which is lack of water but has abundant coal resource,how to effectively control the cost of air-cooled unit engineering is becoming the point that we all pay attention to.In this paper,we analysis and Conclude in the basis of practice,relying on the cost management of air-cooled unit engineering in Datong.We discuss the management pattern and regulation system which the project company apply towards the air-cooled unit engineering,and we analysis the key factors that may affect the cost of air-cooled units,and finally we advise the main regulation measure of how to control the cost of air-cooled units engineering.The analysis way and the conclusion in this paper can apply to the general cost management of air-cooled units engineering in our country,and would be useful for the development of air-cooled technology.
