Research On Cost Risk Simulation Of Power Grid Project

The electric power industry is a basic industry of our national economy.Power grid construction which is related with the country's economic development and people's living standards has the characteristics of large investment,many participants and complex organization relationship.There will be various cost risks during the construction.Considering these,this paper classified the risk factors of cost and used fishbone to describe them.This paper also took further analysis on transformation project and transmission project respectively based on the cost composition.A cost risk simulation model was found to forecast the cost and the risk,and some factors were taken sensitivity analysis.At last,this paper put forward four stages measures of cost risk control to provide the client with beneficial reference.
