| With the reform scheme of electric system came up,electric power enterprises are facing fierce market competition.As the main direction of China's electric power construction,power grid construction projects have broad prospects and they will continue to expand investment scale.In order to seize the development opportunity and follow the trend of the reform,power grid projects must strive to improve product quality,reduce product cost.Therefore,rengthening management of quality cost is extremely urgent.This article first expounds the background and significance of implementing quality cost management,and combs the typical theory represented by total quality management,it then points out the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of the quality cost management.On this basis,by applying the theory of quality cost,taking a power grid upgrading project for an example,according to the actual construction renovation of the project,it comes up some problems of quality cost management of the project through present situation and the proportion of quality cost elements.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions:establish a quality cost management system based on total quality management whose control accounting and control methods are suitable for similar power grid upgrading projects,in the end of the paper,it states how to guarantee the smooth implementation of the quality cost management.In the process of research and discusses of the full text,the paper studies the quality cost management of the construction project combining the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,hoping to have a guiding significance in the actual life.This paper argues that the quality cost management will become the focus of enterprises' quality management and these problems will be solved step by step with the research and application of quality cost,although quality of cost of construction projects are formalistic at present. |
