| Tourism is one of the most promising and one of the money-making industries, which has the enjoyment of "smokeless industry" reputation. In developed countries, the tourism industry has become one of the country's pillar industries. Sport tourism as the tourism industry in the emerging industry of nobility, it has vast consumer market and development potential, which makes it become active force of the tourism industry, and gradually gain more attention.By investigating tourism resources of ice and snow, and also the conduct of the actual situation in Jilin Province, founding that it is resource-rich ice in Changbai Mountain, and as long as nine months of snow-covered period each year, a long period of snow, and its quality is good, which provide a good natural sites for carrying out skiing, ski entertainment and competitions, having a strong advantage of the winter ski project.In the major backdrop of the international financial crisis, to develop the Changbai Mountain ski sports tourism has positive significance for stimulating the local economy and the expanding of domestic demand. First, carrying out projects such as ski sports tourism can generate "aggregation effect" and drive the development of transport, accommodation, dining, shopping and other industries, there are huge economic benefits. Second, carrying out ski sport tourism is in favor of off-season to make up for the shortage of customers, do not short off-season. Changbai Mountain is the top ten ski resort of China, it carried out a long history of skiing, but the development of sports tourism skiing at an early stage. Scientific planning, co-ordinate and development, facilities of low consumption, to make the sport of skiing lead the development of tourism, to achieve economic, social, and ecological benefits of a unified three, and establish a benign circle of protection and development, so that to promote its stainable development, this is the contents of this paper.In this paper, the theoretical basis is sustainable development, using ways of document research, field survey, logical analysis and so on, to formulate the background of the Changbai Mountain Ski Sports Tourism(the background of natural ecological protection, economic development, social development and cultural background);to make a list of analysis of the geographical location, natural conditions, slopes, profiles, games, entertainment and resort facilities in Changbai Mountain ski resort; to compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages for the development, Through research of the Mount Moiwa Sapporo in Hokkaido of Japan-the developmental pattern of Family ski resort, langlauf in Switzerland-the developmental pattern of skiing sports game, Whistler Mountain in Canada-the developmental pattern of Four Seasons Ski, Yongpyong Ski Resort in South Korea- the developmental pattern of Leisure Village, on the basis of which to study the developmental pattern of sustainable development and development of countermeasures of Changbai Mountain Ski Sports Tourism.Analyzing composite factor, such as Natural resources of Changbai Mountain, current situation of Ski Sports Tourism, market development and so on, from the perspective of sustainable development of Changbai Mountain ski tourism industry development model to build a world-renowned ski resort of Changbai Mountain, I believe that:To construct Four Seasons Ski Area north of Changbai Mountain tourism development model; the direction is sustainable development of economic and ecological resources, the guiding ideology of development is to vigorously promote ski sport tourism relying on skiing; the main development methods is to give priority to participate in skiing, supplemented by view-based recreation; the developmental measures is to upgrad infrastructure, integrate products, improve service quality ski sport tourism ,and so on, as the main developmental measures to build the world's four season skiing resort of Changbai Mountain.To construct the super-scenic West Mountain Ski Resort leisure development, the guiding theory is sustainable development, relying on Changbai Mountains Natural Skiing Park, to make the skiing first and leisure second, to build West Mountain a whole ski resort tourism of watching, playing and ski entertainment.Being comprehensive analysis on Changbai Mountain Ski Sports Tourism from the perspective of sustainable development, the following response as a reference:1. The development of Changbai Mountain ski tourism should be based on the protection and rational exploitation;2. Gradually to perfect the supporting facilities, to raise the level of management and to enhance the carrying capacity of ski tourism;3. To optimal Ski tourism products, improve their competitiveness;4. To propagandize widely incidence, steadily to expand its presence in province Jilin as well as in other provinces and abroad, to raise public awareness;5. To elongate ski sports tourism industry chain, and coordinate the development of related industries. |
