Corporate Social Responsibility Of HongQiao International Airport

As one of the most important airports in Shanghai, HongQiao International Airport shoulder the air passenger and cargo transport responsibility of Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta, according to HongQiao traffic hub integrated planning, in the year 2010 HongQiao International Airport will build a second runway, the second Terminal, a collection of air transport, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, urban rail transport system and long-distance bus terminal and magnetic levitation an integrated transport hub. In order to achieve the "Shanghai aviation hub-building strategy" ,the setting goal of HongQiao International Airport, we need to gain experience from much more mature civil aviation operators worldwide, and gradually establish a modern enterprise management system and advanced airport management concept.In recent years, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been known by domestic business enterprise and gradually been taken as a modern enterprise business philosophy. Contracting with some matured civil aviation enterprises, such as: Hong Kong International Airport, Singapore International Airport and other world-class airport operations, most of the domestic civil aviation organizations , including the HongQiao International Airport, not understanding clearly about the management of corporate social responsibility, not even the attention and basic research in this area. The only thing their understanding is staying in the airport's transport security, preserving and increasing the value of state assets, ect. And I think the researching could help building the CSR system of HongQiao Airport.In 1st chapter of this dissertation describes the meaning of this issue and the concept of CSR; The 2nd chapter describes the history of HongQiao International Airport from the quasi-government run institution to a domestic aviation enterprise, and the reason of fulfill the social responsibilities of HongQiao International Airport is the only way meeting the future development. The 3rd chapter outlines the corporate social responsibility theory and application of economic theory ,using the needs analysis and the supply analysis to explain the CSR needs of the Hongqiao International Airport. The 4th chapter describes the CSR of the Hong Kong International Airport, China Southern Airlines, including the concept and the content, and summarized the corporate social responsibility concept of the rest world civil aviation enterprises. The 5th chapter focusing on the building of corporate social responsibility, initially put forward with the content and implementation steps.In this dissertation, I use the demanding analysis and case analysis method to research CSR, contract the civil aviation at home and abroad to learn the difference in the content of corporate social responsibility and management concept of China's civil aviation transportation system, in order to build the CSR system of HongQiao International Airport. The purpose of this article is hoping the HongQiao International Airport can play the role character of CSR in CAAC and get the win-win result from the harmonious development of community and enterprise. Hoping the article can wake-up the awareness and the concerns of the corporate social responsibility among the domestic aviation enterprises.
