The issue of corporate social responsibility has a long history. It is an inevitable choice for enterprises to maintain sustainable development. How to effectively promote responsible corporate business behavior has become one of the focuses of the academic community. With the vigorous development of our country's economy,China has attracted more and more overseas students to return to China. The inflow of these talents is an important factor affecting China's economic development, and it is also an important force for enterprise development.Because they have advanced scientific knowledge and advanced management concepts and have an international perspective, they are highly favored by enterprises. Many scholars have already been concerned about the impact of executive characteristics on business management. However, the research on the impact of the international background of executives on corporate social responsibility appears to be relatively inadequate. So will the international background of executives affect the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility? What role does the institutionalized environment and property rights play in it? These issues need to be further studied and at the same time help to understand the governance capabilities of international executives. Therefore, based on the theory of high-level echelons, combined with the study of the characteristics of senior executives and social responsibilities, this paper first briefly describes the research background and significance of the paper, and then combines domestic and foreign research to sort out the relevant literature. In retrospect,we use this as a theoretical basis to study the relationship between international executives and corporate social responsibility. This article selects Shanghai-Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2016 as a sample, combines the characteristics of hand-collected internationalized executives, and uses regression analysis to examine how executives' internationalization influences corporate social responsibility. The research results show that the background of internationalization of senior executives has a significant positive impact on corporate social responsibility.Second, this article also adds the institutional environment and the nature of property rights to the above regression model, and further examines the adjustment effect that the nature of property rights and the institutional environment may play. The study found that in the developed areas where marketization is taking place, internationalized executives have a clearer role in promoting the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility;the nature of property rights has no significant effect on the relationship between senior executives' internationalization background and social responsibility. This study not only enriches the research on social responsibility, but also provides empirical evidence for analyzing the role of the heterogeneity of the senior management team in corporate governance. In a practical sense, the research conclusions provide new evidence for the national talent introduction plan and the enterprise talent recruitment plan.At the end of the article,Haier Group used the case analysis to study and analyze the impact of its international executives on social responsibility, and further explored the following relevant policy recommendations on how to improve corporate social responsibility performance:(1)The company should establish a correct social responsibility concept Implement the scientific concept of development and practically implement social responsibilities.(2)The government must promote the creation of a good institutional environment and enhance the market's development.(3)It is necessary to distinguish between the natures of the property rights of enterprises.
