Research On The Corporate Social Responsibility Of Listed Airport Companies And Their CSR Evaluation

With the background of the rapid development of civil aviation and The Civil Aviation Power Strategy, airport enterprises have grown rapidly. There are also many problems in the process of enterprises' business development. The connotation of corporate social responsibility of airport enterprise has been investigated, at the same time, it also has been made a comprehensive evaluation and analysis in the paper. The method of integration of qualitative and quantitative analysis and the tool of principal component analysis have been used into building the comprehensive evaluation analysis model. Six Chinese airport enterprises have been taken into the model to make an empirical analysis. Article eventually come in four main conclusions: Firstly, the listed airport CSR evaluation model consisting of eight dimensions, the dimensions are different in the progress of the evaluation; Secondly,Chinese listed airport companies perform different in corporate social responsibility and have a considerable gap between the international famous airport enterprises; Thirdly, airport stakeholders have different effects on companies and there are differences in dimensions;Fourthly, there are positive correlation between the airport corporate social responsibility and the economic benefits.The study on listed airport corporate social responsibility with the integration of qualitative and quantitative analysis can not only make up for the vacancy in theory, but also is the trend of the business development and the requirement of The Civil Aviation Power Strategy.
