| Around the end of last century, China city mainstream revolution has been transforming from suburb oriented to urbanization, gradually abandoned the policy barriers on strictly control the big cities. The majority of the cities began to step into the maturity period of synchronized development between central city and suburbs. Unique geographical advantage makes big cities as key areas on propelling the urbanization progress and the continuous economic growth, which expediting the suburb as well as the entire urbanized level. Shanghai is the biggest city out of China. No matter the industrial structure evolution degree or the urbanized level are both prior to our countries, which have both already entered the advanced stages of industrialization and urbanization. Since the 1990s Pudong development, along with Shanghai old houses rebuilding, the rapid progress of new buildings construction, as well as the foreign capital investment, Shanghai has turned into a fast urbanized stage, which also caused the diversion of urban construction center and industrial layout from city to suburb. While during Shanghai suburb urbanization, there are unbalanced circumstances between suburb and the central city development, along with the deterioration to environment and decentralization between suburb, city and industrial layout. This article takes the Shanghai suburb industrial production development as the object of study, particularly to develop the suburb industrial production development mentality to carry on the applied analysis. The article expands on the analysis on Shanghai suburb industry development as major subject, especially the developing suburbs growing methodology.The article has 4 sections. First Chapter is the introduction, elaborating research background, significance, domestic and international research situation; Second section has the meaning, characteristics, influence factors, development motivation, etc, as well as the related theory, and the positive meanings towards suburb development. The third section analyzes Shanghai's suburb urbanization development's current situation, pointed out the significant meaning of suburb development, where good plan will be put forward based, that is suburb industrial development will lead to direct promotion of suburb urbanization. The last section will propose several suggestions regarding propelling suburb urbanization progress, and carry on a more sufficient conception on Shanghai suburb industrial strategy, taking LinGang new town as typical example for detailed practical analysis. Also think over several questions during the industrialization, share more suggestions and actions to speed up the industrial development, make it more smoothly and fast going on to increase the entire economic strength and competition. |
