Study Of The Suburb Land Issues In China's Urbanization Process

In recent years, As China's accelerated urbanization process, the expansion of urban construction land, the rapid development of economy, Suburban land using issue has become more and more prominent, mainly as follows: (1) Abuse of collective land and the offense to an endless stream of state-owned land, (2) Land and housing demolition Suburban collective farmers in the non-normative behavior has seriously affected the urban planning, waste of resources, and (3) A serious problem of landless peasants. in Suburb (4) Suburban women's land rights are often violated.The process of land acquisition would give rise to serious social problems. The fundamental reason for this is that China's system of land ownership is in the main dislocation; The land ownership is not clear;The land-use rules are uncertain; The land requisition compensation system is defect; The local government system is the separation of the main blind land requisition system for induction; And the existing legal limitations.In short, it threatens the survival of landless peasants and development. Itis a serious threat to social harmony and stability. And it may even cause intense social contradictions and conflicts among farmers ,between farmers and local governments, between farmers and our country. It has become a real problem to be solved foe the the building of a harmonious society and the building of a new socialist countryside Third, the ideas to solve the problems: (1) Carry out the scientific concept of development, formulat the macroeconomic development planning, standardize the land market, (2) Make a transitional policy, Solve the issues left over by history quickly and reasonablely. And (3) innovate, reform and improve the system of the building, (4) Solve the problem of Suburban landless peasants system properly, (5) Establish and improve the land law system suitable for China's national conditions,in a planned and systematic manner.
