Research On Quality Management Of Rear Service Construction Project In Colleges

Quality is the symbol of human culture, and the quality of the construction project relates the safety of people's life and property, the image of the whole country and its people. The construction work safety of rear services in colleges relates the college's future, relates the safety of the whole teaching staff and students, the quality of teaching, and the quality of the student life. With the university expansion from 1995, each university has developed rapidly, and the scale of construction work of rear services in colleges has grown bigger and bigger, and more projects have emerged. Therefore, the construction work safety of rear services in colleges is really vital.Combining with the present state and characteristics of university's basic construction project management, this paper exlores the system process, data and working routine of quality control about construction project, along with research method about it. Secondly, choosing from the household's side, analysising the importance of quality management at building construction project's different level. Finally, the projects combined with the new experimental exercises in Hunan Vocational College Of Science and Technology, it expounds the detailed control content and control method at different phrase ( design phrase,operation phrase,construction phrase) which exist in the process of construction quality management.
