Logistics is considered as the third profit headspring of an enterprise in the modern management theory.Facing the informatization and refinement of management,as far as the construction industry is concerned,a traditional extensive field,the actualization of the logistics management is the essential way to increase the profit rate and to strengthen the competitive power.Engineering Construction Logistics cost is the core concept of logistics management of the engineering construction industry.The definition of logistics comes first in the thesis.The study concludes the definition of engineering logistics and engineering construction logistics, contraposing the characteristic,actuality and problem of current management,forms the framework of engineering construction logistics management.Then purchasing,inventory,the two primary parts of logistics activity are discussed in the paper with systems engineering and operations research.Applying mathematical models,the thesis highlights the supplier selection evaluation and stock strategies,in which the former one and the latter one are stressed.The EOQ and MRP are recommended in the inventory maneuver.The dynamic planning is exerted to make some efforts of this theory's application in engineering construction stock management.Finally,complining with the example,engineering construction logistics management is reviewed simply.The essentiality of the logistics management in engineering construction enterprise is proved. Some management methods are put forward,which provides the technical and methodological support for the advance of the logistics management level.
