There are many projects in our country with the enormous investment, but the study on the control and application of project costs falls behind. As the development of reform and the form of market competition system in our country, the construction enterprise's production and management have had the deep transformation. The project cost control is the key that directly affects the market competition of the construction enterprise and is the central content of project management. Consequently research on the project cost management and control has great practical significance to enforce the market competitive power of construction enterprise.In this thesis, based on the actual project of the 11th contract section of Su-Huang Railway, the thinking and the method of the cost controls at different stages are put forward on the basis of analyzing the cost control of the present construction project. In bidding stage, according to the existed data of the similar project, using the theory of bill of quantity to determine the competitive prices, it can be done quickly and the selected rate is high. In the construction preparatory stage, the importance to the cost control of the quality and the time are elaborated, the main measures to assure the time cost and the quality cost of the 11th contract section of Su-Huang Railway are introduced. With the 11th contract section of Su-Huang Railway, the application of the project cost analytic method to the cost control of the construction preparatory stage is discussed. The importance of the change and claim to enhance the project cost is elaborated. With the examples of projects, the contents, principles and procedures of the change and claim are studied. The studies of this thesis make good economic returns in the engineering practice, this paper also provides the good theory basis and the cost control method for the standardization, the scientific style, and the institutionalized of the construction enterprise's cost control.In short, the goal of this thesis is to reveal the present situation of the cost management in construction enterprises, urge construction enterprise to strengthen the interior cost management, promote the cost management of construction enterprise to go along in the track of standardization, and enhance the economic benefit of construction enterprise in the end. |
