Study On Naming Of Subsection Project And The Contract Cost With BQ

The bill of quantity valuation model was carried out on July 1, 2003 in China, which changed defect of the traditional ration pricing model thoroughly and adapted to economic system reform. But there was lots of dispute in the practice and it blocked the spread of the new model.The paper studies the connection and difference between the bill of quantity valuation model and the traditional ration pricing model in our country at first, then points out that the focus of work in bill of quantities has changed compared with traditional model. The traditional pricing model focuses on measuring according to the pictures and applying the corresponding quota. However, the bill of quantity valuation model focuses on establishing bill of quantities and bidding price. The naming of subsection project is a very important process in establishing bill of quantities. However, more and more dispute happened because of unable describing the subsection project name accurately in practice. The paper summarizes various conditions about unable describing the subsection project name, and analyzes the reason. Then the paper puts forwards suggestions.The paper points that describing the project name accurately is just the first step of spreading the bill of quantity valuation model, because the construction product is different from other products. When the construction product is purchased, the characteristic of construction has not formed completely. With construction development, the characteristic will change inevitability and the price will change, therefore, it is necessary to study on how to adjust contract cost in the new model. The paper analyzes all kinds of method to adjust the contract cost, as well as the problems should be paid attention to. Besides, the paper studies on the supporting environment and put forward corresponding suggestions in the new model.
