Professional Quality Enhancement Of Front-line Employees In High-tech Manufacturing Enterprise

Human Resource is the core resource of High-tech enterprises. It is the result of the development of technology and production. How to develop and utilize the human resource value are the core task of a high-tech enterprise and the main topic of management. In other words, the competition of high-tech enterprises is the competition of management of human resources. Front-line employees are the main element of human resources. It is important to research how to implement effective leadership to them, how to advance their professional quality in whole through effective leadership to finally upgrade the competitive predominance of enterprises.On the basis of analyzing current professional quality and the management of Front-line employees, this paper exposes the urgency and necessity of advancing their professional quality.
