By researching market correlation theory, customer lifetime value theory, and new product developing theory, new product development flow in DSTG Engineering Corporation is analyzed from theory and practice aspect, systematical improving program is carried out.The research is based on competitive and dynamic environment in domestic and foreign market, the practice of carrying out of technical innovation in China, and political environment of independent innovation. The enterprises, as the main part of innovation, are responsible for the duty of innovation. As the main part and core content of innovation, product development is the centrality of innovation management. However, under the condition of lack of resource, technical development, and management capability, new product development faces high risk, high probability of fail. The enterprises need improve the efficiency of new product development management.Three problems are analyzed and solved in this article,1.Using market correlation theory, development trend of engineering plant business, target client and market is deeply analyzed. Condition of DSTG competitors in domestic and foreign market, and current market ratio of DSTG product is analyzed. It provides theoretical and practical base for Market-Customer Oriented New Product Development Flow.2.Using new product development theory, evaluation and analysis in DSTG current new product development flow is brought out.3.Using customer lifetime value theory and market correlation theory, DSTG and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is carried out. Market-Customer Oriented New Product Development Flow is set up.The introduction to Market-Customer Oriented New Product Development Flow enriches current domestic new product development theory, provided systematical implementing program for practice in new product development flow management implementation.
