This article regards the marketing strategy of the MR Supermarket as our research object. On the basis of both practice and theory, it makes concrete analysis of MR Supermarket's marketing strategy.At first in the article, it recommend the purpose and meaning of studying the marketing strategy of MR Supermarket, as well as research approach and basic strategic theory, especially explains the important meaning of the strategy selection in the retail business. Secondly, review the characters of some current supermarkets and explain the current strategy of MR Supermarket. Then base on a lot of marketing researches between MR and related competitors such as the customer survey feedback, single-bill-cost and commodity category, to find out the marketing differences of MR supermarket and the problems it is facing and need to improve.Then, it deeply analysis the advantage and disadvantage that the MR Supermarket now exists by use of Mike Potter's SWOT theory. Also, by use of the Diller's Price theory and the MR's sales history, it analysis the commodity- price- quality stragey for MR supermarket.Finally, according to the result of research, it put foreword a series of summarization for improving the marketing strategy of MR supermarket.
