The Research Based On Linear Weight About Selection And Evaluation Of Supplier

This paper studies on the new-style relationship between the supplier and manufacturer based on the environment of Supply-Chain Management with strong emphasison the necessity of supplier management as well as the conception at setting up the framework model of selection and evaluation.Firstly the paper mainly illustrates the necessity of supplier management and clarifies that the competition of modem enterprises has been gradually converted in to the competition among supply chains. Then the paper illustrates previous achievements about the supplier management. In the next place,the paper analyzes the composition of essential factors of selection and evaluation on supplier based upon study and summary on previous achievements and introduces the conception of seting up various types of the models as well as the implementation procedure.The following study puts the emphasison on linear weight to select and evaluate supplier which tightly combines the supplier and manufacturer by means of performance evaluation,encouragement and other methods as well.Finally the paper further explains the important functions of the supplier management based on the supply chain by analysis on the relative case implemented in A pharmaceutical company.
