Study On The Resource Appraisal And Development In National Forest Park

With the deepening of the reform and open, the development of the tourism and the adjustment of industrial structure of forestry, the forest tourism development receives more and more attention day by day and, the forest park also arises at such moment. Moreover it develops very rapidly. Since 1995, national forest park construction has been included in "China Environmental Protection White Paper" and became an important part of our national ecological environment and biodiversity protection. There are 159,000,000 hectares forest regions in our country, and they contain very rich, and beautiful forest scenery resource, which are precious heritage of human being endowed by nature. How to appraise it in a scientific and reasonable manner, exploit it on the basis of protection, and maximize its ecological, social and economical effect? Our national fellow forest park constructors have made out an extraordinary way.In view of fast development of forest park construction in our country, together with the current research literature, this article made a relatively complete and systematic approach to the rising, present state and resource appraisal of state forest park. The paper holds that forest tourism should discover tourism resource in a new perspective. Based on the field investigation of Red Bird State Forest Park, by the way of induction and generalization, analysis and inference, by the attitude of raising, analyzing and solving a problem, utilizing the professional theories and design methodology, according to two national standards of (GBT 18972- 2003) and (GBT 18005-1999), this article made a comprehensive appraisal to Red Bird State Forest Park on its tourism resource and also set a grade for its scenery tourism resource .The goal of the tourism resource appraisal is to carry on a scientific and reasonable planning and design for the tourism resources. After fully grasping the resource characteristic of Red Bird State Forest Park, earnestly analyzing the local nature and the humanities environment, this article brought issues to the present situation and analyzed the tourists'source market of Red Bird State Forest Park. In line with the principle of respecting local resource feature and Man Foremost, according to two standards of and , this article ascertained positioning of the Park exploitation and construction; meanwhile, in consideration of local consuming status, after finding local tourism facility demand, this article carried on an ecological design and green planning on Red Bird State Forest Park, furthermore, proposed marketing strategy for the tourism market. This paper holds that awareness of resource protection shall be implanted all the time during planning; and based on the maximizing protection of the precious forest resource, forest scenery having ecology, society and economic effect all won and serving local inhabitants, tourists is to be created.
