Research On The Industry-Academic Collaboration Innovation Based On Knowledge Sharing

The industry-academic (IA for short) collaboration innovation based on knowledge-sharing (KS for short) is analyzed through a micro perspective in the thesis, which determines the dominant status of the enterprises in IA collaboration.It comes to four main conclusions after the empirical analysis of 249 effective questionnaires. They are: 1) The innovation effect is influenced by joint innovation positively, especially the secondary variables: the attitude and the culture of innovation; 2) The KS in IA collaboration accelerates the joint innovation, which is positively correlated with the innovation effect; 3) Based on the active influence by KS, the joint innovation affect the innovation effect in the organization; 4) Informal knowledge-sharing channel is positively correlated with KS in IA collaboration, the joint innovation and the innovation effect.Based on the model which is confirmed by both theory and practice, a new IA collaboration is put forward. It is that enterprises play important role as a principal part in the new learning IA collaboration by knowledge sharing and IA collaboration cross-organizations. According to the new IA collaboration, three mechanisms are given out, which are leader of an alliance system in rotation, club system and agency service system. Some advices of pertinency are present at one time.
