| In the knowledge economy society, knowledge is becoming the most important element in the operation of modern enterprises. The competitions between enterprises,the creation,utilizaltion and multiplication of knowledge,and the reasonable disposition of resources,are eventua11y depending on the carier of knowledge—"the knowledge worker"to realize.More and more knowledge enterprise of our country is in its beignning and is growing up gradually, so they all have strong demand for knowledge workers. The core in the enterprise's human resources management lie on facilitating and developing knowledge workers'creation and potential competition,elevating the work energetic emotion,cultivating their responsibilities and contribution spirit,improving and urging the knowledge technology's production, spreading,application and increase. knowledge workers has their special characters,which decide that its human resource—knowledge worker has the special way and form to growing up. This put forward a research subject for us. That is, how to promote knowledge worker's rapid growing and upgrade its productivity.In this context,the author chooses knowledge workers as the research object. we analyze the most important growth factors that knowledge workers care by literature reading, questionnaires and interviews,etc. this context divide the factors which affect the growing up of knowledge worker into three separate aspects,that is the self-abilities to growing up,the enterprise'ability to offer the platform,and the sustaining ability of social environment. Then,we probe into the changing rule of growth factors with regards to the difference of genders,ages,diplomas,working years, and job types.With these conclusions,we can construct a growth factor model of knowledge workers in nterprises. At last, this thesis produces an operable project to improve the growing up of knowledge worker. |
