Research On The Development Strategy Of Innovative Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province

With the world entering the era of knowledge economy and enterprise competition environment becoming complex turbulence day by day, the innovation becoming the historical characteristics also becomes the enterprise survival development key. At present our country has few international competitiveness innovation enterprises, it causes our country at the disadvantageous position in the international trade and in the global industry division of labor system. In recent years, the country will sharpen the independent innovation ability, takes the construction innovation country as the core of national development strategy, and highly value the innovation enterprises' construction, through enterprises' independent innovation, enhances the international competitiveness, simultaneously it is advantageous in realizing the economic growth way transformation.This article takes the innovation enterprise of Hei Longjiang Province as the object of study. Through the research on the innovation theory and the enterprise strategy management, this article proposes the meaning and characters of innovation enterprises. This article uses the statistical survey method to carry on the analysis of the innovation enterprise innovation situation, carries on the appraisal to innovates enterprises' innovation ability using the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation method to Hei Longjiang Province, pointes out the existence questions in Hei Longjiang Province innovation enterprises development, on the base of the analysis of Hei Longjiang Province innovation enterprise development internal and external environment, lays the foundation for the formulation developmental strategy. On the foundation of preamble fundamental research, the statistical survey and the appraisal analysis, unifying Hei Longjiang Province's characteristic, this article proposes Hei Longjiang Province innovation enterprises' developmental strategy, and according to Hei Longjiang Province's actual situation it proposes the strategic implementation's safeguard mechanism, guaranteeing the usability and the feasibility of strategies. Through this article, it is advantageous in promoting Hei Longjiang province to innovate enterprises' construction, enhance enterprises' competitive power and sustained development ability, and has important meaning regarding the economic development and the independent innovation strategy implementation.
