Performance management, being a key part of functions in human resources management as well as an important procedure for supervisors to ensure that employee work activities and their work output can be consistent with organizational goals, has become one of management directions most concerned by enterprises with the importance of it getting increasingly prominent.This article studies and explores the performance management of Chuangke corporation, has realistic significance on improving its level of human resource management and competition among enterprisesIn view of the importance of performance management and the present status and problems occurred in it of China's state-owned enterprises, the paper commences from the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management first, and then starts to analyze the present status and existing problems of its performance management based on the relevant evidences mastered on my own about Chuangke Corporation, which combines the GMP norms of veterinary biological products industry for the enterprise and constructs a cycle of target system of performance management that acts in conformity with the actual situations in high-tech enterprises concerning the effective job-specific analysis of the position.
