| Since China adopted the policy of opening-up and reform in its economy, medium-sized and small enterprises have been developed at the high speed so that not only they have become the main driver of national economic development but play an important role in those areas such as promoting the reform of economic system, marketization, globalization, upgrading the economic structure and improving the urban and rural relationship, increasing the job opportunities and securing the society. These enterprises feature the short life cycle and high birth and death rates, even 50% live for only no less than half year. This issue is worth deliberate consideration and investigation.Firstly, the paper states the current position of theory and practice of management for modern enterprises, placing the theoretic foundation for the further researching. Secondly, it employs PEST to deal with the factors conducive or harmful to enterprises, based on the macroeconomic environment and through the combination of the empirical analysis to the standardization analysis. In addition, the paper uses five competitiveness models by deals with the industry's micro-climate to explore opportunities and threats for the enterprises and probes into the internal resources for Kaixin Company through VRIO, IFE and the combination of quantifying to qualifying methods. We put forward the selective strategies through SWOT and IE, grounded on the analysis of the external and internal environment and propose the strategies suitable for the company in development.Finally, the paper suggests the rules, measures and methods controlling the risks for implementing the strategy in operation. |
