The core competitiveness theoretical studies is attracted by more and more attention of academia and enterprise, each enterprise must face the problem how to build the core competitiveness of enterprises. The fundament of business is survived on competitive in the core competence theory and the competition of enterprise based on the core competitiveness. Any enterprise strategic objective is building their core competitiveness, so we clearly define the concept of core competitiveness and recognize core competitiveness’ characteristics. The enterprise must manage the resources’ standardization of enterprises rationally with the environment and make enterprises having long-term competitiveness. The research of core competitiveness theory rarely involves the small and medium-sized commercial banks. This article combined with the theory of the core competitiveness of small and medium commercial banks and extracted features of core competitiveness and found out the main source of core competitiveness of small and medium-sized commercial banks on the basis of the previous bank competitiveness.The core competitiveness of small and medium-sized commercial banks is mainly composed of rare ability, imitating ability difficultly, valuable ability and irreplaceable competence. This is a special ability from the competitors’ perspective. Small and medium-sized commercial banks core competitiveness is on the basis of human resources and services that is the carrier of core competitiveness. The intangible resources of small and medium sized commercial bank includes bank reputation, product brand, product innovation, learning ability and the ability of getting information. The core competitiveness of small and medium-sized commercial banks is composed by many resources and the core competitiveness of the competition is the competition of banking resources. Therefore, a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized commercial banks is very important to identify gaps and differences between the banks.This paper selects some evaluation index as the core competitiveness of the evaluation system and the ideal banks as the reference object. We analyze and evaluate the small and medium-sized commercial banks based on the theory of gray system. We calculate the ranking of core competitiveness of small and medium-sized commercial banks. According to ordering size we select the strongest banks. The evaluation model can reflect gaps with outstanding bank of industry and help small and medium-sized bank revising its development direction. The modern enterprise system of our country is not perfect and the lack of bank international visual field that affects the small and medium-sized commercial banks creativity and affects the cultivation of core competence and constructing. Therefore, small and medium-sized commercial banks will maintain existing competitiveness by seizing the market demand and feedback information, and adjust their development strategy dynamic, and constantly improve the core competitiveness. |
